Catalina

Catalina is an experienced tutor, who is currently the financial director for an education charity that educates children in Tanzania. She earned Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Notre Dame, with dual majors in Finance and Economics. Catalina is highly qualified to teach high-level math, up through college Calculus 2, Spanish, and French. (She’s bilingual Spanish-American.) Catalina has a genuine heart for young people and loves to both “reach them and teach them.” We’re very excited to have Catalina working with us and our students! Last but not least, she was on the Ultimate Frisbee team at Notre Dame. (That’s your conversation-starter!)

Leah

Leah comes to us with 12 years of experience as a phenomenal tutor! After many years of experience as a Senior IT Auditor (including a term with the State of Delaware Auditor’s Office), Project Leader/Supervisor, Systems Analyst, and Certified Information Systems Auditor, we’re extremely fortunate to have Leah on our team at Above Grade Level. Among many awards and honors, Leah graduated Summa cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA; she is a National Merit Commended Scholar and member of the National Honor Society; and she’s the recipient of numerous academic awards in Math, English, Science, Music, and French. Leah’s students and parents overwhelmingly give her 5-star reviews!

Most of all, Beth’s own love of teaching and dedication to her students are readily apparent to all who know her.
